If you’re running a SIG Blomax 10 or a SACMI setup, you know the drill. You’re dealing with milliseconds. That’s your window. If your lamps lag—even by a fraction of a second—you’re going to see it in the bottle. You get those annoying cold spots or walls that are way too thin in some places and thick in others. It’s a headache. That’s why we focused on killing the “thermal inertia” in our replacement lamps. The heat hits fast. We use high-wattage shortwave infrared (SWIR) tech and spec these tubes for high voltage. Why? Because we want that power density pushed right to the edge of the quartz envelope.
